Aging dogs
Last modified: March 25, 2011As time rolls on well all need some help, and you shouldn’t ignore your best friend. Your furry four legged companion may need some help as he/she gets older. So let’s them out. We’ve all heard about good nutrition is for when they were a puppy. But what about now that they’re a senior dog?
That is even more important now than ever, aging dogs need more nutrition as well as more vitamins and liquid glucosamine to help prevent such crippling effects as arthritis and even leg injury. The reason for this is you want them to have the nutrition to still be active and maintain a healthy weight. There is also another reason for this because the healthy weight relieves a lot of pressure on those legs and joints which eventually would reduce their mobility.
Something else to look at would be heat…
